If you’re evaluating WhatsApp automation for a clinic in Colombia — as an owner, a partner or an investor benchmarking against US tools — the first wall you hit is that almost nobody publishes a price. Here’s ours, in the open, plus how to think about the real cost.
What does it really cost?
There are two separate costs, and most vendors blur them:
- What you pay Meta to use the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API): today Meta charges per certain message types, not a flat monthly fee.
- What you pay the provider that designs, installs and maintains the AI agent, the calendar integration and the dashboard.
The Meta cost is usually small for a business that mostly replies to inbound messages. The cost that sets your budget is the provider’s — which is where we put the numbers on the table.
The two costs, side by side
| Cost | Who charges | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Messages | Meta (WhatsApp) | Per template/conversation; inbound replies within 24h are free |
| Implementation + AI agent | Your provider (Brevia) | Published monthly fee; setup included |
How does this compare to US/EU chatbot pricing?
US chatbot SaaS is typically priced in dollars and sold as self-serve software you configure yourself. Brevia is a done-for-you service priced in pesos for the Colombian market — so the absolute numbers look low by US standards, but you’re not getting less: you’re getting the whole system installed and maintained, in a lower-cost economy. Don’t read “cheaper” as “lighter.”
What’s in a Brevia plan?
We publish all three plans in Colombian pesos, no quote form:
| Plan | Price | What’s included |
|---|---|---|
| Chat (AI) | $290,000 COP/mo | WhatsApp + Instagram + Facebook, replies and books 24/7, consented data capture, dashboard |
| Voice (AI) | $490,000 COP/mo | An agent that answers calls, replies and books by voice, a summary of every call |
| Chat + Voice | $690,000 COP/mo | Everything above + a website included + reminders and automation |
All three start with 30 days free, no card, no lock-in, and installation is included. (As a rough reference, $290,000 COP is on the order of ~70 USD/month — use the live rate; we bill in pesos.)
Why we publish prices when competitors don’t
Hidden pricing lets a vendor charge each client differently and forces you through sales calls just to learn the number. We publish because transparency converts better than mystery — you know what you pay and what you get from minute one. It’s the same logic behind including Ley 1581 compliance in every plan: total clarity, no fine print.
Want to see it with your own numbers? You get 30 days free to try it, no card required.
